Canadian Wedding Blog Champagne Sweets says “It’s been a while since we’ve featured an engagement party on the blog, and sometimes it’s best to wait because this one is spectacular!” It’s full of colours and treats and lots of fun (I wish I was there) and it comes to us all the way from British Columbia.
Talia and Ryan’s engagement theme was simple, an Eat, Drink & Be Married –Rainbow Garden theme. The décor is colourful and inviting, including adorable personal touches – couple photos in vintage frames, a photo book of a European adventure (where they got engaged in Santorini, Greece), a wedding party photo banner and of course an “Eat, Drink & Be Married” handmade sign in every colour of the rainbow!
The picnic style feast included lamb kabobs, honey glazed ham, roast beef, salads and appetizers from deviled eggs to stuffed mushrooms. The desert table featured a “Will we have rainbows” backdrop, including a selection of pies, candy station and even a fruit platter!
