The Importance of Staying Connected

There’s a tendency among those who work at home to become accidental shut-ins; especially at first, when struggling to learn every facet of a new business. If you are like me as a female entrepreneur you are very social and it’s important to make connections and stay connected—not just in your social life, but in your business life too.

Schedule a weekly or monthly meeting via Skype or Google Hangouts, so that your team can get to know each other.

If you’re a lonely female entrepreneur, join or create a support group for women in business. (Please don’t forget to get together in real life, whenever you can.)

Having the feedback and company of others not only helps us find answers to questions, it sandpapers our rough corners and helps us realize who we are in connection to our world.

There are many things in my life that work well, but many things just don’t and if you are like me these are the things that could be keeping you from your ultimate success and happiness. This is the year to make some big changes!

Please follow along and let’s stretch our limits and change our habits that no longer work – together. Over the next couple of months, I’m sharing some mind-hacks to help you create a whole new way of thinking geared to propel you towards not only your goals but a happier, successful life.
